The Forex market is open 24 hours, five days a week (with very little market activity during weekends) so you can go ahead and trade day or night. Below you will find the Market Hours in Eastern Standard Time (EST) for four of the world’s largest financial centers:
- Tokyo Market Hours: 7:00 pm to 4:00 am EST
- New York Market Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
- London Market Hours: 3:00 am to 12:00 noon EST
- Sydney Market Hours: 5:00 pm to 2:00 am EST
